Never gave up!
Frank did a great job helping me sell this property through some pretty difficult circumstances. Multiple buyers backing out at the last minute, Frank helped me retain deposit money. Multiple Hurricanes, a tough sellers' market. Frank never gave up and helped to navigate multiple complex transactions until we were able to finally find the right buyer and move this property. I highly recommend Frank to any investor looking for an agent.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! Navigating through the unique challenges we faced, from last-minute buyer changes to dealing with the impact of multiple hurricanes, was certainly a journey—but one I was committed to seeing through to success. I'm thrilled we were able to finally find the right buyer for your property. Your recommendation means a lot, especially considering the challenges we overcame together. I'm here to help whenever you need, and I look forward to any future opportunities we might have to work together. Your trust is truly appreciated!
