Kathy Batdorf provided invaluable support with both the purchase and sale of my property—13 years apart. She not only sold my home quickly and at top dollar in a challenging market, but she also went above and beyond to make every step of the process as easy and efficient as possible. You couldn't ask for a more professional, knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and kind realtor. I don't believe a large realty firm could provide the level of personalized support and attention she invested in the sale of my home, and her deep experience with the local market was invaluable in getting the best deal possible. I highly recommend Kathy and BATdorf & Associates for your home buying and selling needs!
