Julia made the entire home buying process easy and enjoyable. She is knowledgeable, thorough and truly cares about finding her clients the perfect home. I would highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a realtor in Pinellas County or the surrounding areas.

Maggie is very professional and responsive. She helped us sell and buy and got it all done in less than a month. Thank you the process was painless.

Drew is exceptionally professional, responsive, and trustworthy. My fiancée and I just finished working with him to buy our first home and he made the process a breeze. He has strong knowledge of the local market and a great network. He was quick to answer all of our questions, and when he didn't know the answer he went out of his way to find out - often advising us away from pitfalls that would have been against our own best interest even if they may have increased his commission. When we faced time constraints, he offered to go to properties and do video walkthroughs for us so that we could get an honest view of what the property looked like without the flattering angles that listing agents often use. This saved us a lot of headaches, as taking the time to go and view properties only to find out they don't match your expectations is extremely frustrating. Overall, working with Drew was great and highly recommend him as an agent.

Jennifer did her research on the areas I had requested. During each house visit, she was excellent at keeping me on task with what I was looking for, as well as spotting potential issues that I overlooked. I she really had my back during the whole process. We also had a lot of fun so did not at all feel like “work”. She was on top of every detail during the negotiation, inspections and everything else involved in the purchase. Made everything so easy.
