As a first-time home buyer, I knew I wanted to work with a agent who knew what they were talking about to help me navigate to finding my home. I asked friends for referrals and worked with my first agent who was unable to get me the house I desperately wanted. I reached out to Kayla Biathrow on Instagram on why I didn’t get my offer accepted and she answered all of my questions in depth with additional information / suggestions that could have gotten me that home which my agent did not know or any of the answers to my questions. At that moment in time I knew she was the perfect agent for me. Kayla knows how to make finding your dream home a reality. Also, as a first time home buyer, one of the first things people said to me was “oh what painful process” or something along those lines. For me, that couldn’t be further from the truth. It was joyful and seamless. Kayla knows how to get the job done. She protects you from all the hassle and guides you in the right direction. Kayla was the most proactive, engaged, and professional agent I’ve ever met. Kayla and her team were able to pull together necessary activities (i.e., appraisals, home & termite inspections, etc.) that allowed me to close the transaction quickly. Kayla was very timely responding to my inquiries and she kept me completely informed about the progress of my offers and seller responses. As she is always so busy yet she is somehow still always SO responsive and on the ball. I never had to wait long to see a listing, and I could always reach out with questions to get a quick response. She negotiated repairs, closing costs, and a reduction in list price for me!!! If you are looking for an honest, reliable and efficient realtor that has your best interest in mind, look no further. Myself & my pups could not be happier to have found my first dream home for my pups to run around in! Thank you so much Kayla!!! 10/10 recommend her to EVERYONE. Thank you so much again for everything!!!!

I spent quite a long time looking for an investment property, and there were many viewings and "no go's." So I appreciate very much Tara's diligence in keeping on/keeping on to help us find the right place, for the right price, and at the right time. Thank you, Tara!
