We initially hired her because she has her CRS (most realtors do not have this license/credential) and it sets anyone who has it apart from the rest. She also grew up in St. Pete and very knowledgeable all of the different neighborhoods (there are many!) We eventually worked with her on 3 separate transactions successfully. Without a doubt, she is exceptional at what she does and always provides excellent service. She is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and is your biggest advocate.
