Charles stayed with me through everything. The 1st house we put an offer in for ghosted us after verbally stating we had the highest offer. We found out later that they sold for less. The second house that I really wanted was riddled with obstacles. My first broker was very nonchalant and not very eager to make it happen. I had been given a lot of false information on VA loans. Charles recommended an incredible broker by the name of Derrick Abbott, who knew exactly what he was doing and how to get the deal done with the lender. Ironically, Charles had referred him to me almost 2 years ago and I had totally forgotten about it when I started the process. Then came all the issues with the builder. It all started with a closing date of April 28th and then came addendum after addendum after addendum from the builder. I think it 5 or 6 total!! We didn't close until July 31st!!!! Charles stayed on top of every issue and kept on top of what was really happening, always working to get it sorted. Unfortunately, it ended up costing me a whole lot more than it should have because of the builder and his delays, absolutely destroying the plan I had laid out for this new house. Charles tried all he could to get the builder to work with us on the additional cost and went out on a limb multiple times. He even helped pay to move me in the house to help defray all the additional costs that I had incurred due to the builder's blunders. I would recommend Charles over anyone, as he will stick by you no matter the situation. He will not take no for an answer or give up. He looks for answers and solutions instead of throwing his hands in the air saying that it can't happen or be done. Signing Charles as your realtor will be the best decision you make in buying or looking for a home!
