After several other showings, we identified another property; Traci initially checked it out for us and began communications with the seller's agent. Traci was familiar with this particular subdivision and worked her own contacts to answer our questions and hers, as well. After two viewings and Traci's back-office work, we put in an offer. Traci helped us make a counter offer to the seller's response and also got a few extra perks added to the final deal.
