This is the 7th house I have purchased and sold over many years. From our initial meeting, Angela impressed me with her honest and forthright appraisal of the current market and where my home fit into that market. Her attention to detail was without comparison. Whether it be maximizing curb appeal or following up with agents, nothing slipped through the cracks or was considered too small of a detail for her time and attention. In a market where people were getting little to no attention, Angela created excitement and a buzz that resulted in numerous showings and multiple offers. She was always available by phone or text. Whether it was evenings or weekends she never failed to quickly respond with accurate and helpful information. From signing her as our agent to signing the final closing papers, I knew I was well-represented and well-taken care of. I am recommending her to all my friends and family.

Angela Lista was the BEST realtor we could have hoped for. She made our home selling process easy and smooth. Our house went under contract in less than 24 hours. Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Angela went above and beyond, we definitely recommend her!
