Maria is knowledgeable about the area and helped us find our perfect home for our family as we moved from out of state. She knew exactly what was important to us (i.e. proximity to beach, school ratings, infrastructure nearby or coming) and found us the perfect community. We opted for new construction and she was our biggest advocator along the way (which in new construction sometimes you need because it was not an easy process!) Very attentive and communicative and constantly checked in for us as we were out of state during the build process. I highly recommend Maria!
