From the minute she got out of her car, there was an instant bond between us. She was referred to us by a friend and we found out Melissa was from our hometown in Pasadena, MD which made it even more special. Nothing like a hometown girl! She was so friendly and helpful and even added homes to see on our short time in Florida. We were only there for 3 days and she made sure we saw every house we chose from top to bottom. She is very knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of every home and if she didn’t have the answer she was on her phone getting it. She was impressive to us. My husband had to fly back down a second time and Melissa was right there for him and jammed packed houses for him to see. I was home recovering from surgery in Maryland but she FaceTimed me so I could see the houses and kept me in the loop. I cannot say enough about her and when we decided on our forever retirement home, Melissa went above and beyond to get the deal done for us. When you answer your texts at 11pm that’s a realtor who cares about her clients! She was very professional, courteous and above all really listened to what we wanted in our Florida home. If your looking for a realtor who is a go getter and amazing but so friendly, Melissa is your realtor! Thank you for helping us find our beautiful retirement home!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Karin. With every question she had an answer or solution on the spot. One example was our HOA told us several days before closing that the shed attached to our house had to be removed. Amendments had been made and we no longer were grandfathered. A frantic call was made to Karin and the shed was history. She is professional, caring, very knowledgeable and her communication skills are above average. My husband and I enjoyed working with her and should we need a realtor again, we would absolutely call Karin.

Gary got us the price we wanted and very quick sale. Very pleased with the way he handled our business. Thanks Gary

I have bought and sold multiple real estate properties in Illinois, California, Nevada and Florida. Adam Keller is exceptional, competent and frank about what current market. Adam is the best realtor of them all. The property sold in six weeks after listing at close to my ask price. I would have given Adam 6 Stars!

Sharon goes above and beyond for clients. She knows the market and area well.
