From the minute she got out of her car, there was an instant bond between us. She was referred to us by a friend and we found out Melissa was from our hometown in Pasadena, MD which made it even more special. Nothing like a hometown girl! She was so friendly and helpful and even added homes to see on our short time in Florida. We were only there for 3 days and she made sure we saw every house we chose from top to bottom. I cannot say enough about her and when we decided on our forever retirement home, Melissa went above and beyond to get the deal done for us. When you answer your texts at 11pm that’s a realtor who cares about her clients! She was very professional, courteous and above all really listened to what we wanted in our Florida home.
