We had a wonderful experience working with Karin. With every question she had an answer or solution on the spot. One example was our HOA told us several days before closing that the shed attached to our house had to be removed. Amendments had been made and we no longer were grandfathered. A frantic call was made to Karin and the shed was history. She is professional, caring, very knowledgeable and her communication skills are above average. My husband and I enjoyed working with her and should we need a realtor again, we would absolutely call Karin.
