Where to start with such an amazing person! We stumbled upon Patty at one of her open houses when we were searching for a place to share with my girlfriends father. We live in California, but he lived in Punta Gorda so we were looking for a vacation home for us, but that he may live there year round. We started searching, she listened to our needs and immediately started sending leads, going to look at them in person since we couldn't. She didn't miss a beat!
