Where to start with such an amazing person! We stumbled upon Patty at one of her open houses when we were searching for a place to share with my girlfriends father. We live in California, but he lived in Punta Gorda so we were looking for a vacation home for us, but that he may live there year round. We started searching, she listened to our needs and immediately started sending leads, going to look at them in person since we couldn't. She didn't miss a beat! Unfortunately, we lost my girlfriends father and the search stopped so we could take care of our dad. Well, we decided that for her dad's and our sake, we'd still look for a place in the area. What better tribute than to still follow through with a dream. Patty was right there with us!!!! We had specific things we were looking for, and a very specific budget! She stuck with us and a few short months later, BAM! We found the perfect place! Patty was invaluable during the entire process and we will recommend her highly to anyone looking for real estate and will DEFINITELY work with her again.
