Patty Turunen

Where to start with such an amazing person! We stumbled upon Patty at one of her open houses when we were searching for a place to share with my girlfriends father. We live in California, but he lived in Punta Gorda so we were looking for a vacation home for us, but that he may live there year round. We started searching, she listened to our needs and immediately started sending leads, going to look at them in person since we couldn't. She didn't miss a beat! Unfortunately, we lost my girlfriends father and the search stopped so we could take care of our dad. Well, we decided that for her dad's and our sake, we'd still look for a place in the area. What better tribute than to still follow through with a dream. Patty was right there with us!!!! We had specific things we were looking for, and a very specific budget! She stuck with us and a few short months later, BAM! We found the perfect place! Patty was invaluable during the entire process and we will recommend her highly to anyone looking for real estate and will DEFINITELY work with her again.

Because of Covid, we were not able to come down to Florida. Patty did all of the leg work for us, and kept us informed. She was very polite and professional. She researched the type of home and area that we were looking for and found quite a few that we really liked. Due to crazy market right now, it was difficult to buy a house, but Patty got it done for us. I talked with her almost everyday, she is very easy to talk with, was like we were old friends. I can't wait to get down to Florida in February and finally meet her. I would definitely call on Patty if we went to sell or buy another home. AAAA++++

Patty was incredible. It had been almost thirty years since our last mortgages and wow how things have changed. Patty was there beside us helping navigate through every little bump in the road. She was available at all hours and immediately addressed all issues that came up to keep the process moving. Before we found our house she found several that met our needs in a short time. We could not have been more satisfied or pleased with her service from our initial meeting all the way through closing.

It was such a pleasure to meet and work with Patty. She was there every step of the way to assist me in any way she could during this transaction. I am extremely pleased and grateful for all she did! Thank You Patty!
