Exceptional experience. I would highly recommend Sue and the team to anyone on the market either selling or buying. Very prompt and always willing to help even after the sell of my home. Sue remains in contact with us. She is the BEST.

They excel in their expertise of the market and especially the Oviedo area, openly sharing information about the current market and any changes as they occurred. Preparation was outstanding, and their partnerships with the right marketing resources made a phenomenal difference. Their commitment to excellence and selling our property was shown throughout the process. A strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills, coupled with their willingness to be available to us and buyer agents throughout the week, contributed greatly toward the quick sale of our home. Their attention to detail made a big difference too, whether in the financing or appraisal area. We felt comfortable that they truly represented our interests and were committed to making the process easy for us. Lastly, we could not have asked for a nicer team to be our agents! Professional, honest, and hard working they are a joy to do business with. Team ReMax I am sure is proud to have these perfect 10s on their team!

We met David and Susan at an open house. They are truly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. We have worked with Susan and David on two separate transactions. Our first transaction was the purchase of our current home. They successfully negotiated a settlement credit for us with the sellers. Our second transaction, they successfully negotiated multiple offers from multiple buyers’ agents. They were able to secure the highest value for the home without any credit having to be given to the buyers. We can’t recommend them enough. Our home was on the market within the week they scheduled the open house, professional photos, and had multiple offers. The process was smooth, and they were attentive to our needs and concerns at any given time. Glad we put trust in the right people and truly benefitted. We will continue recommending them to anyone.
