Gale Milgrim is a superstar realtor. We have used her for other properties and yet we were still amazed at how quickly we sold this investment property. If you want your property to sell fast and at a great price, it has to show well. Gale knows that, knows how to do it and what vendors to use. She came in and told us what improvements we needed to make like changing light fixtures, painting the house, and painting the kitchen cabinets. No one likes to hear they have to put money into a property they’re selling, but Gale promised us it would more than pay off. And she was 100% right! We had our first offer the first morning it was on the market, which was the day before the open house. By the end of the open house, we had a couple more offers and able to get above our asking price. Gale is a pro through and through. There is no one I recommend more.
