With that, we were able to sell our home within 4 days right at asking price. They navigated us ahead of listing to recommend the necessary items to repair or update to not only show better but to pass any inspection after the sale, which it did easily. From our initial meeting through the successful sale of the property Kristin did a phenomenal job as my realtor. She had a clear understanding of the market and pricing strategies. Her recommendations, assistance and support in getting the property to market were more than expected and greatly appreciated. Well all I got to say is this was a very hard sale due to it being international but Augustine continued to push and got the job done
