A blessing!

My mother and I were randomly assigned David through Zillow. And wow! The universe was definitely working in our favor that day. Neither of us knew what to expect and initially we were impressed with how helpful David was at the first house we chose to view. After a lengthy and kinda complication offer process, our deal fell through after inspection. David guided us novices through the whole thing, reassuring us that our decision to pull out of the deal was the right choice. I’m fairly sure a lesser agent would have pushed us in the other direction chasing their commission check. David stuck with my mother and I through another offer process that fell through (a blessing in disguise) and when I found THE house that had been on the market for less than 24 hours, he didn’t hesitate to get us in immediately, negotiated a new roof paid by the seller and closed the deal, confidently leading us every step of the way. He was patient, professional and very knowledgeable. We will absolutely recommend David Wilson to anyone needing an agent and would use him again ourselves in a heartbeat!
