My mother and I were randomly assigned David through Zillow. And wow! The universe was definitely working in our favor that day. Neither of us knew what to expect and initially we were impressed with how helpful David was at the first house we chose to view. After a lengthy and kinda complication offer process, our deal fell through after inspection. David guided us novices through the whole thing, reassuring us that our decision to pull out of the deal was the right choice.
