Jody Bird is the realtor you need if you want someone trustworthy and knowledgeable to handle your out of state properties. She made a daunting transaction very easy, is excellent in her communications and works for your best interest.

As a New Yorker, I was skeptical about entrusting my dream home ventures to someone thousands of miles away, but after the first conversation with Thomas, the energy that he possessed, his detailed explanation ensuring that I understood every concept of what buying a house entailed convinced me to give him a try. This new found trust was not in vain, his dedication in traveling literally hundreds of miles doing virtual tours of houses we were interested in, his late night reports and submission of bids after doing a total breakdown for us on what the pros and cons of buying this house would be proved that this man was a rock star in his field. He even complemented his sale with follow up tips and answers questions that a new home owner may have. Thomas not only has my recommendation as a realtor, but his honesty and integrity sold me as a friend for life. Loved, loved his service, would recommend him to anyone.
