I was purchasing a home out of the state so a long distance purchase can be trying. Home buying in the summer of 2021 was difficult with multiple offers, slow appraisals, deadlines and issues with the closing/ title company. Ken was there every step of the way providing assistance and guidance at every avenue. He was thorough and knowledgeable, plus always getting back to me promptly with answers to my many questions. He was patient in showing me the many houses I wanted to see and multiple offers made. Thank you Ken, I found the home of my dreams.
