I met Charlotte a few years ago during my first home buying process; she was the selling/listing agent of my then home. She was so professional and lovely that I made a mental note if I was to ever buy another home, there is no doubt she would be my realtor. Fast forward years later, I reached out to her to purchase another home and honestly, she is just a God sent! Due to my frequent travel for work, Charlotte was my eyes and ears going to view houses as soon as they came available and drafting contracts so we could be the first offer. Multiple offers later, I have since closed and moved into my perfect house. I appreciate that Charlotte not once made me feel like I was a bother with my endless questions; her positive energy and attitude is truly infectious. Each team member from my mortgage lender raved how great it was to work with her. It is quite clear that for Charlotte it is not just about a sale. She truly loves her job and her clients. There were times I was ready to go all in and go over asking and she talked me off the ledge and prevented me from getting into a house and a situation that on reflecting wouldn't have been the best scenario for me. While I was having flight of ideas, she kept me grounded and truly was an angel guiding me through this process. She also was the agent who I used to list my previous house for rent and she took time to have multiple open houses for my rental. She screened the prospective tenants as if she was renting her own home. One may say it is her job to help me find a house and close, but trust me when I say, Charlotte goes above and beyond for her clients. She has definitely earned a life time client as I plan on purchasing more homes in the South Florida and she will always be my realtor of choice!!
