Maggie was absolutely amazing to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable and if she didn't know something she knew where to direct us to figure things out. She walked us through cemetery step of the home finding and purchasing process. She always responded to us within a reasonable time and checked in on us often. We moved from Iowa to Florida so we were in Iowa through the entire process and Maggie was always a phone call, text or email away! She definitely went above and beyond her expected duties. About a week before we moved we lost our beloved dog, Maggie (Moo), Realtor Maggie showed us support and comfort with that process too! She even surprised us with a picture of our Maggie (Moo) on the beach, welcoming us into our new house. 🥰

We met Linda at an open house in Island Walk. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the home, the community and the Wellen Park area. She assisted with the offer process representing us very well. She was very helpful through the entire process helping with inspections, title, and insurance. She attended the closing and met us at the house after we closed. Linda was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We are glad we met her and are now officially snowbirds.

We went from not knowing an agent to becoming friends through this wonderful experience based on our friends recommendation to actually use Bill and we are so glad we did. Living out of state this man never missed a beat and anything we ask about or stated our concerns he was on it!! Best real estate experience! Look no further contact Bill Cantrell for your next real estate purchase!!
