Afra helped us to buy our first house. She was very patient, very dedicated, always available to answer all our questions and to help us understand anything that wasn't clear (and first time homebuyers have a lot of questions). It's a big purchase, the biggest in our lives so far, and we needed someone caring and thoughtful to walk us through this process. Afra was just that person. Not only was she our realtor, she became our friend and we are thankful for having her in our lives.

I had a wonderful experience with Deborah and Dick as a real estate team. This is the second time that Deborah has helped me or my family find a home in Sarasota County Florida. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the different communities, types of homes, and even their interiors. Deborah went out of her way to help me with resources once I had bought the home and to advise me. She even picked me up when I was unable to get a ride after the my home had been purchased!!! She helped me and my family find our dream homes on two separate occasions. And Deborah is the consummate professional. The lawyer she recommended for closing was excellent. The paperwork was done beautifully regarding the purchase of my home and the contract that we placed on my home. If you really want to have consummate professionals go with Deborah and Dick real estate team.
