I had a wonderful experience with Deborah and Dick as a real estate team. This is the second time that Deborah has helped me or my family find a home in Sarasota County Florida. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the different communities, types of homes, and even their interiors. Deborah went out of her way to help me with resources once I had bought the home and to advise me. She even picked me up when I was unable to get a ride after the my home had been purchased!!! She helped me and my family find our dream homes on two separate occasions. And Deborah is the consummate professional. The lawyer she recommended for closing was excellent. The paperwork was done beautifully regarding the purchase of my home and the contract that we placed on my home.
