We knew after 5 minutes talking with Scott, he was who we needed. We have been looking for a house for over 2 years with no house. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the area, CDD Fees, and the numerous extraneous pitfalls to avoid. We are extremely grateful we found Scott at an Open House. Within 1 week we put in an offer and bought our dream home. Scott has answered every text, every call, every email in a timely manner. He has been supportive even after the sale. Thank you Scott for everything!!

We moved to Florida almost 40 years ago and met Terry at an open house. We were so impressed with his knowledge and experience of the market. We have bought and sold many homes during this time and we always turn to Terry to handle our real estate needs. I would never trust anyone else to handle our real estate transactions and we cherish a very special friendship with Terry
