Our closing was as scheduled, our house sold for more than we thought it would, we bought the new house with over $65,000 below market value. She went above and beyond with making sure all the paperwork was on schedule. I would receive e-mails at 3 in the morning with updates about my status. She has showed up to help me at 9:00 pm. I sometimes wondered if she ever rests. She definitely knows and enjoys her job. If we ever move again she would be the one to call. Katrina holds a high work ethic and values her clients.
