He was very proactive in holding open house showings and worked to ensure the home sold quickly. To give a bit of background, we came up to Mount Dora to see a house that Marty was the listing agent for. We did not like the house, but we were like, she is so helpful, and we decided to have her represent us in our search for a house. After one house that did not go through, with no fault of agent, we finally found our vacation home and Marty was there to guide us in the entire process.
