Blake's biggest quality is how responsive he is. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, was very attentive, and followed up on any questions and concerns we had. He remained unbiased when we looked at houses to make sure we were fully aware of the pros and cons with each option and was fully transparent with us. I am beyond pleased with how trustworthy Blake is and would recommend him to anyone looking for a house.

I met Blake through my fiance, Jordan, who also worked with Blake to purchase and sell his downtown Orlando condo before we started dating and eventually needed to find a home that we could grow into. Our goals were clear, but our timelines and areas of town were flexible, so we ended up finding something that caught our eye that we just couldn't walk away from. Now, we live on a gorgeous trail system in a safe little community where kids are often riding around on their bikes and scooters. None of this would have been possible without Blake's keen eye and advice along the way. One thing about Blake is his authenticity. He's a genuinely good guy and sincerely cares that people end up in homes that fit their lifestyles. If you're tired of being treated like a number, or if "realtors" give you car salesman vibes... Blake takes the complex process of selling your home and keeps it clean and simple for you. We had a couple of unexpected situations arise during our sale and Blake did an incredible job keeping us aligned to the immediate next steps so we didn’t get too overwhelmed. Blake was wonderful to work with. We felt particularly comfortable relying on his expertise to prepare the home to sell and negotiate a deal with the buyer. I could tell Blake takes pride in his work and truly cares about the Greater Orlando real estate market. I was particularly impressed with how helpful Blake was when it came to negotiating with the buyer. He was very committed to closing the deal and it left both us and the buyer happy with the transaction! We completed the sale knowing we want Blake to be part of the next one!
