Blake is a great communicator who really took care of us throughout the process of purchasing our first home. He answered all of our questions, and took a proactive approach to make sure we felt comfortable with each step. He had enough experience to really help guide us and anticipate any issues that may arise. I met Blake through my fiance, Jordan, who also worked with Blake to purchase and sell his downtown Orlando condo before we started dating and eventually needed to find a home that we could grow into. Now, we live on a gorgeous trail system in a safe little community where kids are often riding around on their bikes and scooters. Blake takes the complex process of selling your home and keeps it clean and simple for you. We had a couple of unexpected situations arise during our sale and Blake did an incredible job keeping us aligned to the immediate next steps so we didn’t get too overwhelmed.
