Larissa was great to work with and a tremendous help to my wife and I as we bought our first house. We had been in Brevard a little while and had a good idea of what we wanted and Larissa’s knowledge of the area was able to challenge us in a constructive way to consider some areas we hadn’t really explored fully. She is professional, friendly, responsive, and very understanding of the chaos that buying a home as a family with toddlers can be. We’re very happy with our home and I’d recommend her for sure!
