Kathleen since the first the day we met her has been extremely helpful. She originally helped us find an apartment to rent and went above and beyond what we expected. Because of that we knew she was the one that we would then trust to help us buy our first home. She walked with us every step of the way and were able to close very quickly. (2 months from offer to close. I highly recommend her.

It was a pleasure working with Colleen Offner during the sale of our home! She knows the real estate business very well and was accessible and supportive throughout the whole process. She offered tips for staging our home prior to it going on the market which contributed to a relatively quick sale in this difficult market. She operates with integrity and with her client’s best interest at heart.
