I’m not exactly sure how I can summarize what my personal experience was with Caroline. I’m not so sure that there are enough high level ways or fancy enough words to describe of simply how AMAZING she is. From the first time I was introduced to Caroline til this very day, she is always on point with everything she takes on! We were introduced via mutual friends and while sharing some general conversations with those around us, I came to know that Caroline was not just another realtor, but a go-getter realtor with a mindset of helping others fulfill their goals and dreams of home ownership. I was blown away by those conversations and knew that I had just found MY Realtor that would have MY best interest in mind when selling my current home and purchasing my forever home! From the moment that Caroline came to visit with me and tour my home, through multiple showings within a matter of days, till the day of closing…Caroline never missed a beat! She exudes great knowledge and professionalism, she is the epitome of service excellence and most importantly a wonderful person that truly cares about her clients happiness! Her persistent passion is priceless and greatly appreciated. What began as a social setting introduction between two strangers brought an opportunity for business, but above all has become a great friendship! This is our 2nd time working with Erika and I must say she always meets our expectations!! This time around she helped us sell our first home and buy a new one and let me just say she did not disappoint!!! Our house got sold in 7 hours CASH over asking price & we found a new home in less than 24 HRS. Erika is an amazing realtor she listens to our concerns makes sure we get the best deal and fights for her clients. She is very detailed and always makes sure that any agreement made between a seller/buyer or vice versa is always in writing. Looking at the title I have assigned to this review , it is so understated. It is like an incomplete sentence, not because it doesn't have a noun and a verb, but because Patrick James is so much more than an "agent". He is a gentleman. He is extremely efficient, but he is also incredibly sensitive to one's needs. My husband and I were selling our 3rd floor walk-up condo in Maitland, and thank goodness, we were steered toward Patrick by a close friend. He immediately became focused on our needs, our willingness to make changes to make the condo more appealing, and our calendar. It was efficient, yet personal through the whole process. He gave us options on almost everything, he communicated clearly our choices and the likely outcomes for each choice. Well, he was correct, and to our benefit: the time from the day the condo went on the market to the day of closing was 5 weeks - and on a VA Loan! We remain in touch with him because he has become a valued friend. Both my husband and I have been through selling and buying property before, and this is unusual - in a wonderful way.
