We also talked through strategies and he was able to have offers drafted within hours of saying “go” which is crucial in this current market where inventory is low and the number of offers is high. Eric was able to find us a great home and helped us negotiate a fair price which ended up being $90k under the original listing price and if you are active in this current market, I assure you that is unheard of as every other house was going for 10-25k over ask. Melissa was so friendly and easy to work with. She encouraged us to visit as many houses as we could so we know what was out there and really know what we liked and didn't like.
