We narrowed it down to about 8 houses and I came to Florida to go through each one in person. Rick spent 2 days with me as I finally decided on the home that would be the best fit. He was able to arrange the home inspection while I was still in town, and then continued to follow the process through until closing. It's very stressful to buy a home, and during COVID it was off the charts. But Rick made the process as easy as it could possibly be.
