He was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the real estate process and made sure to stick within our budget, only showing us homes that fit our criteria. David also went above and beyond by helping us arrange an inspection, setting up home insurance, and even providing a list of all the utility companies and their contact info to get us set up before closing.
