Morris Mathieu is the best realtor I’ve had the opportunity to work with ever. He is very trustworthy, a personal trait that not all realtor or people exhibit, especially the seller’s realtor. Although Mr. Mathieu had to work with a very difficult and unreasonable seller’s realtor, he stayed the course and guided me excellently through the purchase process. He is an excellent person and realtor, the best of the best.

This was my second real estate transaction with Rich, first when I bought the property and then when I sold same property. He is a good, solid man. When financing got tricky buying the property Rich worked with the lender to find a way. When delays/drama would come up (as it can with closings) Rich could "talk me off the ledge!" He's experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
