I was especially appreciative that they never once pressured me to make any improvements to the house to get a better price; they immediately understood that I did not have the capacity to put any energy into selling the home after three long years of caring for my elderly parents. They have a great network of colleagues as well; the title company they used was fantastic and helped us navigate a particularly difficult situation during an incredibly stressful time. Britt was excellent with always replying in a quick manner. If not within a few minutes then almost always within a few hours(unless it was late or she had something keeping her attention). Does great research on home values, quick with all docs to sign and any changes, gives advice on decisions but doesn't overstep. I would definitely contact her again for a future home purchase
