John's strengths included his presentation on why we should use him, his truthfulness, his write-up and pics of our property for online sites, and his adherence to legal/realtor requirements. Additionally, one of his team kept us updated by email on the prolonged process from contract to closing. John himself was responsive to texts. However, John didn't seem very invested in things requiring more personal attention. When we lowered our price significantly, he left the original flyers in our house (with wrong price). Despite our request to make sure our home was secured after someone visited and his assurance he would exercise due diligence, I found deadbolts unlocked, the AC not being reset, lights on -- at least one of these occurred after every visitor, despite our asking him to check the whole house. With a week to go before closing, we hadn't even received a net sheet estimate. The house sold, as most houses do, because we reduced the price enough to attract a buyer. Busy guy, I guess.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Christine! She did an amazing job from start to finish and truly went above and beyond for our family. The photos and video she had done of our home were absolutely beautiful and showcased it so well. When improvements needed to be made, including replacing the roof and AC, Christine helped coordinate everything and made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. What we appreciated most was how much she helped us after we had already moved to Georgia. Selling a home from another state could have been incredibly overwhelming, but Christine was always there to answer our questions, keep us updated, help handle things locally, and make sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decisions throughout the process. We always felt like she was looking out for our best interests and genuinely cared about getting us through the sale successfully. Her communication, knowledge, and willingness to help with absolutely anything we needed made such a difference. We are incredibly grateful for everything Christine did for us and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Christine was knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, and just great to be around in general! She made us feel comfortable navigating what would have been such a stressful experience otherwise. She is the type of person that just MAKES THINGS HAPPEN! She coordinated and smoothed every aspect of both our home selling and home buying processes--reaching out to the title company, insurance agent, other agents involved, and everyone in between. With her help, we sold our first home and purchased our second in just one month! I can't recommend her enough!

You would typically think that your realtor’s job completed after closing. Not the case. Your realtor is a trusted referral for plumbers, drywall repairs, pool servicing and even closet makeovers. Your realtor has seen it all and our realtor was there for us when we had so many questions about our homes. That’s right home(s) is plural. One realtor two homes and partridge in a pear tree. Christine was the absolute best through all the chaos. Her professionalism, knowledge of the business, and sense of humor was a delight.
