Lisa and the team were so efficient in getting our home sold quickly and for our asking price!! During the hurricanes that past through it was particularly stressful for everyone but Lisa and the team did not skip a beat. She made sure our house was presentable. The videos and pictures were top notch. She communicated between us and the new buyers with the most professionalism that we could ask for. It was such a smooth transaction and we have worked with Lisa for 10 years. So grateful to have her as our agent!! You cannot go wrong with Keyseekers!! Top notch!!

Peter Rodriguez worked with me in finding us a property within a very specific set of boundaries we had. Specific specific apartment size, rooms, adjacency to key landmarks etc. Peter showed deep level of expertise in all neighborhood we looked into, he was able to find important legal information about the properties that helped us rule out properties that at "face value" could have met our requirements. Once we identified the property, he suggested companies that he has close relationship with. Lenders, appraisers etc. Peter also identified key information that helped us negotiate asking price to our favor. After we closed the deal, he suggested a complete list of other companies (electricians, HVAC repairs, handyman etc.) that helped us complete repairs needed to the property. In summary, Peter Rodriguez turned out to be a total solution, far more than just a realtor agent, the value add in the process was immense. We are grateful to have worked with Peter Rodriguez, such talented person! Thank you!
