I was relocating from PA... Brandi and Kasey came highly recommended by a friend. Issues kept arising for my home in PA and Brandi and Kasey worked with me even though it was a lengthy process. She showed me probably 50 houses or more as I couldn't decide. Finally I changed my requirements a small amount and found a house that I loved. We got under contract and she maintained communication through till the end. Both of them showed up at my closing to support me in the process. This was the second time I purchased a house and first time I sold. Some things that stood out: - Even on weekends she was always available via phone or text to answer questions even if it was concerns with my realtor in PA. - Remained very professional not to say anything about my initial realtor in PA that I was having issues with. Once I changed realtors she provided positive feedback on the new listing/realtor, sure enough it sold in a week. - Even though I was a pain and couldn't make up my mind, she was never negative about how many houses we looked at, she would always say "It's my job, to help you find the house you want. " - While looking at mortgage brokers, I was comparing the one the recommend with others and during the process she just said "Take a look and compare. You need to use whomever is best for you" Where I have had others wanting you to choose theirs... I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell and when I am ready to move again, if I am ever wanting to put myself through that pain, I will surely be calling them. This time was long distance and they worked closely with my realtor in PA to make everything smooth

All in all it was to me the perfect buy and close it took just a little over a month from putting in the bid to being approved for a mortage to closing,she made it seem seamless. Heath stepped in to take on our listing after another realtor could not get any traction after 90 days on market. He pursued us since we had a mutual connection from the past and he had plenty of ideas of how to get the deal done. The market in that area was challenging for many reasons, but Heath’s persistence in holding open houses, checking in on the home, sending out messaging, and even going so far as to stand outside the home during open houses to catch drive by’s definitely made a difference in getting the property sold. We appreciated his honesty and expertise when we had questions and how quick he was to find us answers when we needed them. As first time sellers, we felt well taken care of.
