Promises made. Promises kept! I was fortunate to have made Nakoma Edelstein’s acquaintance prior to her career in real estate. Even then I knew her to be professional, detail oriented and tenacious. When the opportunity arose I contacted Nakoma in regards to selling our home in Hunters Creek Florida. This was not my first rodeo and I must say working with Nakoma was a pleasure. Her attention to detail and more importantly her attention to her clients makes her an exceptional stand out in her field. Nakoma was successful where others had failed and was able to secure a sale at an exceptional price and in a timely manner. I would unabashedly recommend Nakoma for all your real estate needs! Our relationship with Carl began through a rental program where his attention to detail and knowledge of the area was clearly evident. We continued to maintain the relationship when we wanted to purchase a property within Reunion. Carl was very informative about the area, the houses, the club, etc. and really made the buying process very simple and comfortable. Carl was always there to quickly answer our questions and provide guidance when we asked for his opinion. We were very lucky to meet up with Carl early on and we continue to maintain our relationship with him.
