He answered my texts and email expediently and anything that needed to be done, was done; there was no procrastinating. We never had any pressure from him. Infact we were going to buy a second home but we were not happy with the quality of the home; Jeff did his best to mitigate but when we were not satisfied with the builders response, Jeff did not hesitate to cancel our contract with the builder.
