So much gratitude for the services of Betsy Waltrip! She expertly and professionally handled the estate sale as well as real-estate sale, after my mother's sudden, unexpected death. I live hours away and was not prepared to manage either the estate sale or the sale of the property; especially at a distance. I met with Betsy at the home of my mother, where she explained the estate sale and real-estate sale process to me in detail. From there, we agreed upon a date for the sale and Betsy got right to work.
