She should be your go-to agent too. Even if the house you are buying does not require you to get an agent. Go get her. She will make sure you will not miss out on anything that will make the deal better. I think we changed our minds a couple of times for the exact unit we wanna buy and she made sure we get the same deal, if not, even better. She is knowledgeable with how the market is and options on where to get insurance and other financial help. She will be advocating for your needs especially during the walk.

Collaborating with John was an excellent experience as a first-time homeowner. John went above and beyond to assist me in finding my dream home. He is truly the go-to person for first-time homeowners. Thank you, John, for your kindness and consistent communication.

We started our adventure of buying a house in 2020. A friend recommended Steven and that Steven was super nice to work with. We contacted him. We were new to all the house buying business, but Steven was so patient in answering all the questions we had. He wanted to know what we were looking for in a home and inmidiately he started sending options. We looked and looked, but we could not find the right house. Steven is so knowledgeable, understanding, caring, professional, and unrelenting. He never gave up. We kept looking. But then Covid happened, and all our plans had to delay. We contacted Steven in February 2022 to let him know that we were back on the market for houses! And now after all this journey we found our perfect home! Thank you so much Steven for all what you have done for us. If you are planing to buy or sell a house, condo, apartment, do not hesitate to contact Steven. He will treat you as family and will make sure you get the best deal available!
