We met Lynda on a Disney Cruise (of all places!) where we had a great conversation and we took a picture of her business card in case we needed it in the future. When we finally called Lynda a year later, she remembered exactly who we were and was ready to help us find our first home! Her knowledge of the central Florida area was amazing and she was able to help us find the best area to fit our lifestyle. We looked at a handful of houses, but ended up with a new build where Lynda's knowledge was PRICELESS! She assisted us in navigating the nuances of buying our first home from different elements of closing costs to providing referrals for maintenance services. Lynda understood what we needed as clients and was able to adjust her approach to give us the information we needed to be comfortable during this process. John's team had reached out to me. I am very glad they did! Prior to our meeting I had some unfortunate agent issues which caused my wife and I to be very disappointed with the whole house selling endeavor. An agent that I hired, one that was new, failed at every aspect of selling. Didn't follow my direction for pricing. Not only failed, but costs us nearly a year of market value and prospects. And now, we are living in an area where my wife and I are much happier in and closer to everything important to us. I would strongly recommend John, you wouldn't find a better person for the job!
