I met david while at work. He walked in as a regular customer and I personally happened to be asking people in the area about their HOA & possibly CDD. He was with his wife getting paint for their home at the time but he was very patient with me and started asking all the right questions & more than covered all of our concerns. Mind you I was already in a bad deal/contract with a builder and he eventually helped me get out of it with a few suggestions. He then helped us look for a home (my wife & I) based on our list and we eventually landed a sweet deal with one of the best builders and we are genuinely happy and we are thankful we were able to meet David.
