Monica came recommended to me by my brother, whom she previously assisted with selling a house. Let me first say that I live in Jacksonville and my house was in Clermont. It was a rental for the past 10 years and needed quite a bit of cosmetic work before sale. Monica put me in touch with someone who painted the entire interior, hauled away trash, installed new toilets and a dishwasher and pressure washed the outside, all at a reasonable price. When it came time to put the house on the market Monica was awesome! She was always responsive to my questions, calls, and text messages; even while she was on a cruise vacation!!! I couldn't have made a better choice and she went above and beyond to facilitate the sale!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Beverly helped me sell my home and purchase a new-build all at the same time. She was there every step of the way to make sure nothing was missed and took so much of the stress off of me. She was at every appointment, every inspection, and was with me through both closings to help with any questions I had. She made the experience so much easier for me and my family. I could not have done this without her!

Katie went above and beyond to make the sale of our home happen for us; guiding us and sharing her expertise so we understood everything as it was happening. We will definitely call on her in the future and I highly recommend all my friends do too! Professional but personable, we are so happy we listed with her!!
