My Mother recently passed away from a brief illness and I had no idea where to even begin with the selling of my Mother's home of 30 years. I was introduced to Pam through my Pastor. From the beginning, Pam was very easy to talk to, patient, and showed a lot of empathy and understanding towards me and my family as we were grieving the loss of my Mother. During the entire selling process, she always answered my questions, took the time to talk through the process, and help me to put things in perspective. It's clear that Pam works hard and is excellent at what she does. I recommend Pam to anyone that is thinking about selling or buying a home. Friendly Shirley Velasco is always vigilant and looking out for what you tell her you want. She is extremely focused on getting you results and follows through promptly! She stays in touch by email and texting so that offers can go through as quickly as possible. I can’t speak highly enough of Shirley as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethic are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail-oriented, honest, and good with people. And after the sale, she is still very helpful! A rare commodity these days!
