Debra helped us successfully negotiate the purchase of our new home while we were out of the country with professional expertise. We appreciated that she was always available to answer questions and visited the home several times on our behalf. Debra met with inspectors and contractors to facilitate renovation quotes for us and put in more time and effort in pulling this deal together than seemed possible. As Canadians purchasing in the US, Debra made sure we understood the different steps and parties involved, ensuring we received all documentation to review ahead of time in case we had questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debra if you are looking for an honest, reliable and conscientious realtor to help you buy or sell your home.

Debra is a wonderful realtor to work with. We had the pleasure of her help in listing and selling one home and then finding us our next one. Debra’s attention to detail, sourcing information and investigating issues is second to none. We found Debra to be available at all times to answer questions and quick to stay ahead of the game in foreseeing any possible issues. Debra has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry and an incredible list of business contacts. She takes her job seriously and her negations proved she has her clients best interests at heart. Both of our transactions had complications and Debra remained professional and kept her eyes on the goal of closing our deals in our best interest. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debra or use her again.

If you are seeking a skilled, knowlegeable, hardworking professional, I would highly recommend Debra McAlister Brown. Debra listed our Estero home and successfully negotiated a sale while we were out of State. We appreciated her hard work and honest feedback.

Linda is better than great! very knowledgeable. She has your best interest at heart! She never says no to a request to show you a property and goes out of the way to work with your schedule. She works any day of the week. Sha also has a great team that helps you close with no problems. She is on top of every detail. I am not exaggerating when I say, Linda is excellent at what she does!!!!!

Linda was absolutely wonderful! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Estero, Naples or Ft Myers. She's a plethora of knowledge, never pushy and works endlessly to find the "right" home for you! A million thanks 😊
